Villa Aria is a modern, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom villa located in the heart of Grace Bay. This villa is a short walk to restaurants, shopping plazas, casinos, and Grace Bay Beach. Guests can use the provided bicycles to explore the Grace Bay Strip or the included beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler, and beach towels for day trips to any of the spectacular beaches in Providenciales. Guests also have access to discounts on E-bike rentals and car rentals through select vendors.

On the first floor, you will find a spacious fully equipped kitchen with an island and an intimate dining table for 6. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all brand-new appliances, and everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal.

Also on the first floor is a spacious living room with a large sectional sofa, a 55-inch flat-screen smart TV, and a Sonos sound system.

Just off the living room, you will also find a half bathroom and a washer/drier combo for guests to use.

All 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor. Atop a single flight of stairs, you will find the master suite on your right. Here you will find a king bed, a 42-inch wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a spacious closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower as well as a vanity with a smart mirror. The master bedroom will also have a ceiling fan and split unit AC.

On your left, as you crest the top of the stairs you will see 2 guest bedrooms. The first has a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. In this room, you will also have a wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, and Split unit AC.

Just past the bunk room is a second guest bedroom with a king bed, spacious closet (with safe), wall-mounted flatscreen TV as well as a ceiling fan and Split unit AC.

Both the bunk room and the second guest suite share the bathroom at the end of the hall.

The exterior of Villa Aria is just as impressive as the interior with tasteful landscaping a private gate and shared parking.

Here you will find your very own private deck with a private pool, chez loungers, a sectional outdoor sofa with a fire pit as well a state-of-the-art pavilion-covered Bar-B-Q area. There is a second, outdoor dining table which is deal for dinner under the stars.
